It's extremely common for women to feel like they've lost their sense of self and purpose during the peri menopause as they transition towards menopause.

Maybe you're questioning everything in your life at the moment and have become increasingly aware of limiting beliefs that you know are preventing you from living your life more fully. Whilst you're body is physically preparing to come to the end of it's reproductive years, you're noticing an inner urge that it's time to start prioritising your needs.

You just need to learn how to lean into and accept this call for growth, to embrace this natural rite of passage and redefine who you are beyond your roles, how to let go of what no longer serves you and create a more authentically fulfilling lifestyle beyond menopause.
The Create an Authentic Lifestyle course has been developed to help women to understand how they can navigate the profound mindset shift that occurs as they transition to menopause.

It includes 3 half day interactive workshops, one personal coaching session and online support in a private Facebook group, where you will be surrounded with like minded women in a safe and supportive environment.

During the course you can expect to:

complete activities that will develop your self awareness and intuition

understand how your mind works and the process for creating sustainable change in your life

Our workshops will take place in the Learning Zone of this beautifully restored Victorian building in the centre of Nuneaton.
The nearest car park is the Justice Walk which is £1.50 for up to 3 hours.

Will there be any course documentation?
Yes, workbooks will be provided for each workshop which can be used to take notes and complete activities.
When can I access the Private Facebook Support Group?
Access to the group will be available from Monday 4th September, so you'll get to meet other attendees prior to meeting them face to face in our first workshop on 7th September.
When do I book my coaching session?
I'll share my calendar link in the first workshop so you can book your private coaching session to take place within 1 month of the last workshop, with the aim of supporting the implementation of your plan.
