The Coaching Process

If you've never been coached before you will likely have a few questions about what's involved.  So, below is the framework I use for the 3 month coaching programme, followed by some frequently asked questions.

What is coaching?

It's professional one to one support to help you unlock your potential.  With a focus on helping you to understand how your mind works, so you can better understand yourself and your behaviours.

 

It's based on the belief that everyone has the answers to their own perceived problems within, a coach just helps you to uncover these.

How much is the 3 month coaching package?

I provide a three month coaching package which is £1,440 payable in full or £480 a month.

Coaching sessions take place every two weeks to allow time for you to complete self awareness activities and implement actions, ready for us to reflect on outcomes and gain insights in our calls.

I am also available via email and WhatsApp in between calls.

What results can I expect from coaching?

Coaching is highly personalised so will depend on your unique needs and preferences as an individual.  Some of the results from past clients include: reduced stress and anxiety, increased energy levels, successfully embedded new habits, increased self confidence, clarity on how to move forward in areas they had felt stuck, and increased sense of purpose and fulfilment.

How do I get started working with you?

You can use the contact form on this website to make an enquiry and I will reply to arrange an initial Discovery Call with you.  This is an informal chat to give you the opportunity to explain what you would like support with and to ask questions.  I will then let you know how I can help you, and if we feel it's a good fit to work together, we'll confirm the arrangements.
