Partnering with business owners and their teams to ensure wellbeing is integrated into the HR strategy to help drive business performance through valuing employees as individuals.  

If you already have a HR strategy in place I can conduct an audit to identify any gaps to ensure you have everything covered from a wellbeing perspective. 

For example, ensuring you have a management competency framework in place, as it's your Line Managers who drive the daily culture of psychological safety to enable employee wellbeing.

I also conduct wellbeing audits to enable you to identify where you can take action to meet the new ISO standard 45003 - Managing Psychological Health in the Workplace, and can support you and your team to implement the actions to fill any gaps.

With 1 in 4 adults suffering with poor mental health (this was prior to the COVID19 pandemic) there is a real need for individuals to have access to confidential and professional support.

Stress whether experienced in the workplace or at home will impact all areas of an employees life.  By offering or contributing towards employee wellbeing coaching sessions you will be showing how much you value them an individuals, and in turn they will learn new ways to cultivate wellbeing to positively impact all areas of their life.

With many managers feeling apprehensive about handling wellbeing discussions, this avoidance can often lead to employees becoming disengaged and taking time off work.

However, with management training on how to handle wellbeing conversations they will cultivate an environment where employees feel safe sharing how they may be struggling.  Leading to early intervention which leads to improved outcomes for the individual and the business.
